Understanding and Complying with the CASL
The Canada Anti-Spam Legislation is a vital piece of Legislation which exists to protect the Canadian population from unwanted telephone and email communication.
SMS Messages are regulated by this Legislation and TxtReminders Inc. adheres to business processes designed to ensure full compliance with the CASL.
TxtReminders Account Holders and Users have a legal obligation to remain compliant with the CASL as well, and are required to read and understand it prior to using the TxtReminders service, as indicated in our <Terms of Service>.
